Yes, we are the manufacturer of the vast majority of the products we sell retail on our website. There are a handful of product accessories, that compliment our handmade products, that we source from other vendors, such as our cold air diffusers and bamboo cleaning brushes.

Many of our products are handcrafted in small batches, allowing us to pay close attention to formulation, fragrance, presentation and overall product quality.

Small-batch and handcrafted products can naturally show slight variations in color, texture, pattern or appearance. These differences are part of the handcrafted character of the product and generally do not affect performance.

Ingredients and other product-specific information can be found on the individual product page. We encourage you to review that information before purchasing if you have ingredient preferences or sensitivities.

Fragrance is at the heart of Jarhead Aromatics. We select and test scents with the goal of creating fragrance experiences that help transform everyday spaces into your own personal scent sanctuary.

Whenever possible, we prepare orders the same day they are received, but processing times may vary depending on order volume, weekends, holidays, product availability, and seasonal demand. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for additional information.

Jarhead Aromatics offers candles made with carefully selected waxes including natural soy wax and premium coconut wax blends. The wax used for each candle is identified within its product description.

Allow enough time for the melted wax to reach close to the sides of the container, particularly during the first burn. For safety, never leave a burning candle unattended and follow the burn instructions provided with your candle.

Yes. Keeping the wick properly trimmed helps maintain a controlled flame, reduces excess soot and supports an even burn. Always allow the candle to cool completely before trimming the wick. Cotton wicks should be trimmed to 1/4" and wood wicks should be trimmed to 1/8" to 1/4".

Frosting is a natural crystalline appearance that can occur with soy wax. It does not affect the fragrance, safety or performance of the candle and is one of the natural characteristics of soy wax.

Fragrance strength can be influenced by the number of reeds, room size, airflow and placement. Using fewer reeds typically produces a lighter fragrance, while additional reeds can increase scent diffusion.

Start with 1 or two cubes. Additional wax does not necessarily produce a stronger fragrance and may exceed the capacity of smaller warmers.

Yes. Our handmade soaps are produced in small batches with carefully selected oils, butters and other ingredients chosen for each individual formulation. We use the cold-process method and cure our soaps for a minimum of four weeks to ensure a quality long-lasting bar.

Our Artisan Bar Soaps are our premium handmade soap line and may feature specialty ingredients, milks, botanicals, clays and other formulation elements. These bars have a net weight of 5 ounces.

Our standard Bar Soaps are slightly smaller and designed as an economical option for everyday use while maintaining the quality standards you expect from Jarhead Aromatics. These bars have a net weight of 4 ounces.

No. Depending on the formulation and desired scent profile, our soaps may use essential oils, fragrance oils or a combination appropriate for that particular product. Full ingredient information is provided on the individual product listing.

Small variations in color, pattern, shape and appearance are a natural result of handcrafted, small-batch production. These variations do not affect the quality of the soap and help make each bar unique.

Allow your soap to dry between uses. A draining soap dish or soap saver that keeps the bar out of standing water can significantly extend the life of handmade soap.

Our concentrated laundry soap is designed to be used at approximately one tablespoon per standard load. Usage can be adjusted based on load size and laundering needs.

Yes. If desired, the measured laundry soap can be dissolved in warm water before being added to the washing machine. We recommend pre-dissolving when washing in cold water. Use any pre-dissolved soap within two hours so the sodium percarbonate ingredient doesn't lose its effectiveness.

Wet your dish brush, sponge or cloth and rub it directly over the surface of the solid dish soap to create lather. Wash your dishes as usual and allow the soap to dry between uses.

Drain any excess water and allow it to dry between uses. Avoid allowing the bar to sit in standing water, which can shorten its useful life.

Yes, our essential oils can be used in compatible aromatherapy diffusers. Always follow the manufacturer's directions for your specific diffuser.

Essential oils are highly concentrated and generally should be appropriately diluted in a suitable carrier oil before topical use. Research the specific essential oil and intended use before applying it to the skin.

Jarhead Aromatics essential oils are sold for aromatic and external applications and are not intended for ingestion.

Keep essential oils tightly closed and stored in a cool, dry location away from direct sunlight and excessive heat. Keep them out of reach of children and pets.
