Shipping policy

At Jarhead Aromatics LLC, we are as excited to ship our products to you as you are to receive them. We pride ourselves on quick and efficient turnaround of all orders and strive to process them same-day, whenever possible.

PROCESSING TIME:

The time needed to prepare orders varies. In-stock items will ship within 1-3 business days. Custom orders or special requests may have extended processing times which we will communicate to you.

SHIPPING TIMES:

United States: 2-5 business days for standard shipping and 1-3 business days for priority shipping in addition to our processing time stated above. Actual delivery times will depend on USPS, UPS, or FedEx, which we have no control over. All shipments will include tracking numbers and insurance. Some remote locations, including Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. territories, may require more time.
