Shipping policy
At Jarhead Aromatics, every order means something to us. As a small, family-operated business, we carefully prepare and pack each shipment so your handcrafted home fragrance, bath, body, and household products arrive ready to become part of your scent sanctuary.
We know waiting for an order isn’t the exciting part, so we work to get your products on their way as quickly as possible.
Order Processing
Most in-stock orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.
Whenever possible, we prepare orders the same day they are received, but processing times may vary depending on order volume, weekends, holidays, product availability, and seasonal demand.
Custom orders, special requests, or products requiring additional preparation may take longer. If an extended processing time applies to your order, we will communicate that with you.
Please note that processing time is separate from carrier transit time. Shipping estimates begin once your package has been picked up by the carrier.
U.S. Shipping
Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery times within the United States are:
- Standard Shipping: approximately 2–5 business days
- Priority Shipping: approximately 1–3 business days
These delivery estimates are in addition to our normal 1–2 business day processing time.
Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and some remote locations may require additional transit time.
Shipping Carriers
Depending on your order, destination, and selected shipping method, packages may be shipped using USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
Once a package has been transferred to the carrier, actual transit and delivery times are outside of our control. Weather, carrier delays, holidays, service disruptions, and other circumstances may occasionally affect the estimated delivery date.
While we cannot guarantee carrier delivery times, we will always do our part to prepare and ship your order promptly.
Tracking & Insurance
All shipments include tracking and insurance.
Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information so you can follow your package on its way to you.
Please allow the carrier time to scan and update the tracking information after your shipping notification is sent. In some cases, tracking may not update immediately after a package leaves our facility.
Free Standard Shipping
We currently offer free standard shipping on qualifying orders over $50.
The qualifying order amount is calculated according to the promotion displayed on our website at the time your order is placed. Additional or upgraded shipping services may be available at an additional cost.
Delivery Estimates
Shipping and delivery dates provided at checkout or through carrier tracking are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates, unless a specific carrier service expressly provides a delivery guarantee.
During high-volume periods, severe weather, holidays, or other carrier disruptions, packages may take longer to arrive.
We appreciate your patience when circumstances outside of our control affect delivery.
